The Sandos Caracol Eco Resort in Riviera Maya is an all-inclusive hotel in Playa del Carmen. Located on a white-sand beach with a reef overlooking Cozumel Island, the 4-star resort is only 45 minutes from the Cancun airport and just 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen.

Ready to Book?

A non-refundable deposit is required no later than October 10th, 2025.  Space at our group rate is first come first served as we have a limited number of rooms available in our block, so booking early is suggested. Reservations may be made after our block is full, however, subject to availability and new pricing.
Bi-weekly and monthly payments can be arranged.  Balance due by November 17th, 2025.

Canadian citizens require valid passports for travel to Mexico. If possible, a scan copy, or cell phone photo of your passport emailed to ashley@elgintravel.ca is appreciated.
