With an established 33 years in our location at Elgin Centre, we are an award-winning, boutique travel agency in St Thomas Ontario specializing in active travel, family getaways, luxury vacations, cruising and destination weddings.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and assisting agents with administration tasks to allow them more time to focus on client sales. 

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as open to incorporating systems and procedures into their daily workflow to ensure accuracy and continuity.



  • Greeting walk-in clients / Verify appointment / Qualify request
  • Answer multiline phone / Qualify requests / Take detailed messages
  • Maintain office calendar for appointments and important dates
  • Data entry (Add client profiles in accounting system, update emails, etc.)
  • Filing and general organization of office materials/supplies
  • Client Invoicing (For wedding department and agent overflow when needed)
  • Assist with updating Excel rooming lists. Proof group manifests.
  • Assist with downloading tickets and documents for agents
  • Creating and maintaining checklists/daily duties as needed
  • Downloading monthly vendor reports and highlight open files
  • Assist with commission tracking & follow up on open files
  • Direct mail campaigns (when required) and upload agency email newsletters
  • Assist with uploading Facebook and Instagram content creation
  • Assist with group email notifications & important reminders and updates
  • Assist and prepare materials for bridal show and/or agency marketing events

  • Clientbase Travel Accounting
  • Familiarity with Project Management Systems 
  • Email Newsletter / Social Scheduling Experience
  • A solid appreciation for a good dark roast, can predict the future, and has the ability to read minds. (Priceless!)


  • Position: Full Time, 40hrs per week
  • Wage: Hourly plus monthly commission share bonus
